With more than 15 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience across the UAE, Angela brings a commercially focused, people-first approach to hiring and the wider HR function. Her background spans government entities in Abu Dhabi, semi-government organizations, large-scale construction, small-scale design businesses, and some of the region’s most recognized customer-facing brands.
She is particularly passionate about service-led industries, with extensive experience in aviation, luxury hospitality, and premium customer experience sectors — environments where exceptional people are the foundation of business success.
Specializing in Talent Acquisition throughout her career, Angela has partnered with organisations to attract, assess, and secure high-performing talent across all levels. Having held senior in-house HR Generalist roles, she understands the wider HR function and combines strong commercial understanding with a culture-driven approach to hiring, workforce strategy, and the full employee lifecycle.
